Delivery

1. Instant, automatic delivery

Every template is a digital product. As soon as your payment is confirmed, access is granted automatically on the checkout page and by email. Nothing is shipped physically and no manual approval step is involved.

2. What you receive

• The template files for the product you bought.
• Setup notes covering how to open, edit and publish the site.
• A licence for one website, as described in our terms.

3. If your download does not arrive

• Check the spam or promotions folder for the email address you used at checkout.
• Re-open the checkout confirmation page, where the access link also appears.
• Still nothing? Email support@xdstudiolab.comwith your purchase email and the template name, and we will send access manually within 12 hours.

4. Delivery timing

Normal delivery is immediate. If a payment needs extra verification by the payment provider, access follows as soon as that clears — usually within a few hours.

5. Custom project delivery

For commissioned website builds, files, hosting access and handover documents are delivered at the milestones agreed in writing before the project starts.
